Kathryn grew up in Chapel Hill, NC and attended NC State University where she was the captain of the Women’s Swimming and Diving team.  After getting her bachelor’s degree from NCSU in nutrition science, Kathryn returned to Chapel Hill to complete her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

Kathryn worked for over 10 years as a Doctor of Physical Therapy in various outpatient and hospital based settings.  Kathryn’s favorite part of working as a physical therapist was educating her patients and motivating them towards achieving their goals.  After Kathryn bought and sold her first home, she realized first-hand the positive impact that owning real estate can have on a person or a family’s financial trajectory.  Because of both her love for real estate and her desire to educate and serve other people, Kathryn decided to make a career switch and she has never looked back!  

Kathryn’s goal as a real estate agent is to take a team approach in order to best serve her clients with integrity, honesty and compassion as they navigate buying or selling their home.

Kathryn lives in N Raleigh with her husband, David, and her three young boys, Banks, Foster and Myers.  Kathryn loves to either be outside and exploring in nature or to be inside and curled up with a good book.
