This most recent transaction required Kim to use her keen negotiation skills to interact with the custom home builder, site manager, and sellers agents over an 8 month period. We are so thankful for her ability to be both tenacious- when necessary- to advocate on our behalf with the builder and also candid when our desires were not realistic. By artfully managing expectations on the both ends, Kim helped us and the builder to arrive at the closing table pleased with the final product and the concessions made along the way.
