Kendall was born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina and loves helping families find homes in the place she has called home for so many years. Originally trained as a CPA, Kendall spent a decade in the investment banking industry. During that time, she developed a deep understanding of investments and financial markets, and a passion for helping others achieve financial literacy so that they can make investment decisions that best build their overall wealth. Looking for the opportunity to make a more direct impact, she made the switch to real estate and has loved being able to layer in her financial expertise while working directly with individuals and families to help them achieve their goals. Clients love her ability to uncomplicate the real estate buying process, leverage market data to create winning offers, and the level of support she provides from start to finish.

 

 

Kendall lives in Raleigh with her husband Alex, and their furry family of three cats. They are avid travelers, winery visitors, and hikers, and love to take advantage of all the beautiful local hiking trails. She also serves as co-chair of Leadership Triangle’s alumni base, and spends much of her free time leading that community and working on projects to keep the Triangle a wonderful place to live and work. When she can squeeze it in, she also loves to spend time in her yard or winding down with Netflix and a good glass of wine. Kendall finds it incredibly fulfilling to guide her clients through the home buying and home selling process, and would be delighted to work with you!
