We were very particular on what we wanted. We looked at many homes that were just not quite right. But when we found the home that we wanted to buy since it could be modified to fit our style, Kim went above and beyond her Realtor duties and found a few contractors to update the kitchen and floors like we wanted. She also coordinated the contractors to come give estimates before closing so we could get the work done quickly after we closed. It was great to have a partner who thought about our home purchase beyond just the transaction.
