Laura kept us informed, providing updates from the builder, the house, and where we were at in the process. Laura shared the worst-case scenarios with us, so we wouldn’t be blindsided if they were to occur. She did everything with our best interest in mind and fought for us to make sure we received everything we had been promised.
Communication definitely exceeded our expectations. Laura was always quick to respond no matter the question (even if it was silly) and no matter the day. Y’all were absolutely amazing in everything, and we have nothing negative to say.
