The process was smooth sailing from START to FINISH. We were so impressed with Laura & her team’s (Heather Yost) responsiveness. Especially handling resolutions to items that popped up on closing day and that needed to be resolved immediately. Our family was so grateful for all of the information we received during the buyer orientation that helped us know and expect each step of the process. This was crucial when life is extra busy & you have small kids. Laura is definitely the best Realtor, and we couldn’t be happier in our new family home!
