You definitely went to bat for us in negotiations and we also appreciated being the beneficiaries of your connections to get things done last minute (e.g., radon testing, radon remediation). The PowerPoint in the beginning with market analysis was incredibly visually helpful, as was the home prep checklist with recommended vendors. That all took some decision fatigue away.
