Melinda was dedicated to our happiness!

When we decided to leave apartment living and find our forever home, Melinda was the only real estate agent we considered. She listened carefully to our needs and wants. (She was very patient when those would fluctuate, too!) The last house we had purchased was decades ago in another state, so Melinda helped us to understand each step through the NC process. Finding a home where we could age in place was tedious, but when Melinda finally found our home, she got us in for a showing immediately and negotiated the deal quickly to the terms we needed.
