I highly recommend Melinda to handle your real estate needs. She sold our house and was with us every step of the way. She encouraged us to ask for more than we initially thought and we were thrilled when we got it! We closed as scheduled and we couldn’t have asked for a smoother process. Melinda was wonderful to deal with. She even helped us prepare the house to list it! She suggested a vendor that took amazing photos of the house. We were also so happy that her genuine care and dedication continued beyond the sale of the house to finding us a rental to move into until we are ready to buy our next home.
