Mike Chiarelli

Mike started his career graduating with honors from the State University of New York at Stony Brook with a double major in Applied Mathematics and Economics while simultaneously gaining trade experience working since age 12 as an electrician’s journeyman —on multimillion dollar commercial and residential properties— on the Gold Coast and East End of Long Island. After many years traveling the globe working as a pre-sales engineer turned sales executive in leading Information Technology firms selling to F100 senior executives, Mike went back to his roots using his analytical, sales expertise and trade experience to get licensed in NY and work on commercial real estate deals.

After moving to the NC Triangle over a decade ago, he continued investing in residential real estate and owned a HomeVestors franchise where he tackled everything from Buy & Hold and Wholesale Transactions to Whole-Tail Flips to complete Rehabilitation and Resales of nearly Condemned, Historic and other properties. Nowadays, Mike enjoys leveraging all this experience with his clients in helping them on their real estate journey, ensuring they have the right information they need to arrive at decisions that make the most sense for them and their situations.

He is honored to be a multi-year Top Producer* in the industry and recognized by Relevate as the Firm’s Agent with the highest single residential transaction sales price (of $1.85M) in 2022. Mike’s vast knowledge and experience of both sides of the transaction allow him to get consistently higher prices —with low days on market— for his Sellers… while on other transactions ensuring his Buyers do not overpay for their homes, obtaining maximum Seller concessions. Mike’s desire to give his clients the very best is evident in his integrity, attention to detail, and timely communication —often cited in testimonials about him— and his willingness to invest in his team in order to provide the excellent service he expects to give his clients.

Mike values time with his family and friends, whether it is special moments with his wife, Michele, coaching one of his four children in sports, spending time with friends, or donating to or volunteering at a charitable event.
