Mike Said “Raise the Price by $20,000″… and SOLD it in Three Days

Another broker told us to list our home at a low price, prepare to drop it by $10,000, and expect to wait at least 60 days to sell.  Mike insisted we could sell our home for $20,000 more if we prepared it for sale according to the plan he described to us. We went with Mike because of his confidence and enthusiasm about our home. His team went to work getting our home ready, and it was amazing what a difference even small details made. Sure enough, we had two offers within three days and we sold our home for more than our asking price! We have two dogs and a baby, and it sure was nice to get the showings over with so quickly! The bottom line is that we made more money with Hunter Rowe, not even counting the lack of stress and worry. The whole experience was perfect. We were both very impressed.
