Moni is more than a Real Estate Agent. She is an author, speaker, and strategist specifically in the area of Goal Setting. She is a fire starter with the uncanny ability to motivate others to tap into their greatness. Moni is originally from The Bronx, NY but has called North Carolina home for two decades. She formerly worked in Corporate America for over 20 years holding an array of executive positions for Fortune 500 Companies including Times Mirror Magazines and Hearst Magazines.

Known for her open and honest approach, Moni uses her previous experiences and positions to craft how she helps her clients meet their goals. She prides herself on educating her clients and advocating for them. Her mission is to help her clients thrive in any market and create a long lasting relationship.

She is passionate about being involved in her community. She has volunteered for organizations including The Raleigh Rescue Mission, the Butterfly Effect, and has hosted workshops, seminars, and networking events to provide education, motivation, and opportunities to new and aspiring business owners. She has been recognized as 1 of 50 Women of Impact by Impact Magazine as well as Serenity Woman of The Year by Serenity Magazine

In her down time, Moni loves hanging out with her son, fur babies, extended family, friends, and staying away from roller coasters.
