New Construction Expert

When we decided to sell our family home of the last 30 years and build a new home to be closer to our granddaughter, our daughter in law recommended that we contact Chuck because of his expertise with new construction. Chuck helped us effectively communicate with the builder while we chose our homesite, he helped us determine the ideal floorplan and model for our needs, negotiated with the builder’s agent, added valuable input during the selection of our interior features and all while managing the many moving parts and necessary inspections from signing the contract to when we moved in. He and his team made the process very easy and enjoyable. Although we never plan on moving again, we will happily refer anybody we talk to that wants to buy, sell or build a new home to Chuck and his team.
