We are located at 7501 Creedmoor Road, Suite 102 (across street from Steinmart and Starbucks, and across Howard Road from Seven Oaks Swim and Tennis Club, right behind 5th 3rd Bank). This is our third move in less than 1o years, and each time we’ve more than doubled our space, this time to 4,600 square feet.
We upgraded the office by doing the same things we frequently do to help our sellers make a profit when they sell. Thanks to our great vendors and contractors, we were able to move in three weeks after we took over the space. This is the story of our renovation.
When we arrived, the office had white walls, green rubber molding (yep, rubber), and green carpet.
We painted the walls with Sherwin Williams 7507 Stone Lion (which, as you will see, looks different in different rooms and lighting),
… and replaced the rubber with 5″ wood molding. Then we installed hardwoods (Chestnut Hill 5″ from ProSource) in the common areas…
… and carpet (Artfully Done, also from ProSource) in the offices.

One of the main reasons we moved was to have a large common area for events and training. When we arrived, there were separate lobby, conference, and break rooms near the entrance. We took down all those walls to open up the space. Here is a picture just after we did that and ripped out the old carpet. You can see electrical conduits and outlets hanging from the ceiling and the bare concrete floor.

We pulled them out and replaced them with new cabinets from Cabinets to Go.

The old bathrooms had vinyl flooring and laminate sinks mounted on the wall.
We pulled all that out and installed new vanities and toilets.

The new office turned out much better than I ever imagined, thanks to Barb Mariani and SallyAnne Purrazella (our Home Improvement Consultants who help us prepare every listing).
