When we initially contacted Rebecca we were debating between renting and buying as we were relocating to the Triangle from the Dallas-Fort Worth Area. During our first zoom, Rebecca took an extensive amount of time to lay out what the process would look like for us if our search was for a rental or for a home to buy. Rebecca and her client service manager, Sophia, were quick to provide us with information on every home we were interested in and scheduled showings at our convenience (since we were face timing from afar!). Both Rebecca and Sophia made it a point to educate us about each home as much as possible; this eased our nerves greatly as we were not seeing the homes in person! During the entire process we felt as though they were extremely thorough and supportive — our hands were held in a good way!
Once we found the one, Rebecca jumped into action and secured us our home in a competitive multiple offer situation and was able to negotiate some repairs as we went under contract! Our home is perfect for us and our very active daughter who loves the playground right down the street (Rebecca thinks of everything for you!). We were so pleased by the level of service and advocacy we received from both Sophia and Rebecca and would recommend anyone to work with this all-star duo.
