Rachael Martin is no stranger to relocation! Born and raised in Greenville, SC, Rachael moved to upstate New York in 2000 and on to Pennsylvania in 2003 where she lived for the next 16 years. Renting, buying, and selling property were all part of her personal life during that time and she became intimately familiar with what it is like to look for “home” in a new place. Rachael and her family moved to Wake Forest in July 2019 and wasted no time settling in! Earning her real estate broker license shortly after arriving, she felt that her personal real estate and relocation experiences coupled with her background in property development, regulatory compliance and planning and zoning would provide a unique viewpoint from which to help local buyers and sellers through the real estate process. A natural problem solver, Rachael sees her position as a Client Service Manager as a great opportunity to show that buying or selling a home can be a lot less stressful than you may think! Rachael is a graduate of the College of Charleston, an adventurous baker, a total history buff, and likes nothing better than spending a hot summer day on a jet ski.
