Hunter Rowe’s Home Selling Partners is one of the innovative strategies we have created to more effectively market homes.  We’ve had this program running behind the scenes for many years, but with an increasingly competitive market and positive responses from both fellow agents and our clients, we have decided to expand the program throughout the Triangle area to encompass a larger community of Realtors®.

97% of home buyers in the Triangle area rely on a Realtor® to help them find and purchase their home.  83% of home buyers first became aware of the home they bought through their Realtor®.  Not surprisingly then, the best way for a listing agent to market a home is to make sure other agents are aware of it, so they will be more likely to sell it to their buyer.

At Hunter Rowe, we do this by identifying the busiest agents with the most clients, and proactively offer to preview their listings in order to try to match them up with our buyers. In return, they do the same for us.  Seeing a listing in person creates a more complete impression of the home which makes it easier to connect buyers.  Additionally, because a preview gives a more complete impression of the home it is kept at the forefront of the agent’s mind. So even if an agent is not currently working with a buyer whose criteria matches that of the home, they will remember the listing for much longer than if they simply looked at it online. We also ask for, and give, straightforward professional constructive feedback to help each other to improve and to constantly enhance the listings for our sellers.  By working as a team,  we get more showings from more buyers and sell homes faster and for higher prices.
