Mike sold our house in one day* and got by far the highest price ever paid in our subdivision. Our neighbors love him because it increased home values for all of them. It all happened so quickly. He came in and gave us a lot of advice, we did everything he suggested, and it sold within 24 hours*! It was really nice to have it over and done with quickly so we didn’t have to worry about showings and keeping the house perfect with two kids.
