We made the right decision in using David Daniel to help us purchase our new home. We relocated from Chicago to Cary, NC not knowing what to expect.
He has the knowledge regarding due diligence ( which we did not), making offers, contracts and everything in between up to closing.
He took us to any area we wanted to explore and helped us decide the Cary was the town for us! We love our new home in Cary and our first new friend!
