When we left our first meeting with Ricci Treffer & Ben Marshall, we walked away knowing exactly what we had to do to get started. The early education was super helpful. Ricci’s team was great at actively communicating with us and reminding us regularly of what we needed to do next to keep us on schedule. It was very valuable in not losing sight of our goal and timeline. We instantly fell in love with a New Construction home that was exactly what we were looking for.
