Scott Boyd

Scott was raised in Greensboro, NC where he graduated from Guildford College with a B.S. in Biology and from NC A&T University with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering.  During a college internship at Eastman Kodak Company, he met and worked with Mike Regan, now founder and CEO of Relevate.  The two talked several times over the years about working together, which has now come to be with Scott joining Relevate as COO in May of 2023.  Prior to Relevate, he spent almost 20 years at Cree Inc., a small tech company that grew into an international leader in LED and advanced materials semiconductor technology.  He held multiple leadership roles at Cree helping the company scale local and global operations.  Following Cree he held leadership positions at multiple medical device companies before crossing paths once again with Mike.  He brings energy and a passion for developing teams to Relevate, a real estate company based on process and continuous improvement for clients and agents.
