We felt that the level of communication was great. We always felt we were able to reach Laura and her team members whenever we needed to. Laura has a strong knowledge of the market, so we felt we could trust her recommendations. She had our best interest at heart! When we found a water stain at the final walk-through, Laura pushed the seller to get the problem fixed and saw it through until we all felt comfortable with how things were resolved. The entire experience was much easier than our first time buying, and we felt more informed throughout the entire process.
