Kendall helped us strategize our buy/sell timeline, and think through our options to be able to buy our new home before we sold our townhouse. As we searched for our new home, Kendall leveraged her full team to work around my unconventional schedule and make sure we were always covered for showings, inspections, and questions. I was often out of state while my husband attended showings, and Kendall helped me with video chats, detailed notes and measurements, and objective but personal details of the homes we were considering. When we finally found our new home, she built a great relationship with the seller’s agent and helped us get the home under list price. On the sell side of our transaction, Kendall did extensive pricing research and brought in the in-house staging team and had our home sold in four days. We bought during a tough market for buyers, and by the time we sold it was a tough market for sellers. On both sides Kendall worked tirelessly to make sure we achieved our goals.
