But then we entered the unfavorable market as buyers, moved our family of 6 in with my mom and tried to wait patiently for the right home! After writing 2 offers that were not accepted, we took more insane advice of Ashley’s to write an offer SIGHT UNSEEN for OVER list price. If we hadn’t completely trusted Ashley, we would never have taken that leap of faith! What’s even crazier, is that we are living in that beautiful home! It’s ours! I have never been more nervous than the Monday morning we were walking in to see it for the first time. One step in, and it surpassed everything I could have hoped for.
