As buyers coming from out of town, we couldn’t believe that in a single week of visiting, we were able to see so many homes, gain so much information about the Triangle, and after narrowing it down, spend a significant amount of time in what is now our new home! We were blown away by how quickly Tara was able to schedule showings and provide details and insight on each home; all with a positive attitude, patience and consideration for our emotional ups and downs. Her timeliness and persistence in negotiations were invaluable. She was tough and tenacious on our behalf. We needed a strong, smart and diligent advocate and certainly that’s what we felt we had in our partnership with Tara. Despite time differences (being across the country during negotiations), she was always there to provide help, answer questions and inform us of upcoming steps.
We have already mentioned Tara to friends who may be looking to move to the Triangle in the future. We could not have asked for more from her and we deeply appreciate all she did for us!
