Alisha Amidon

Alisha is a transplant from New York who has proudly called North Carolina home for the past 10 years. She began her career with a degree in psychology and a masters degree in pharmacy, but has continuously broadened her skill sets as her career has evolved in the time since. Through working with the government she became an expert at moving through complex situations and arriving at a winning outcome. As the owner of a small business in New York, she honed her client service skills and learned to problem solve amidst many moving parts. All of these built a phenomenal foundation for the real estate career she began in the mid-2000’s. Her clients regularly thank her for going above and beyond to understand their goals, and remain attentive throughout their transaction together. Her previous career experience really shines through on the financial side, as she is an expert at advising her clients and negotiating on their behalf. Alisha has brought these skills to the table to serve many happy clients, and she’s so excited to continue to do so.

Alisha loves to bring people together, and in her free time you’ll often find her hosting neighborhood game nights and wine tastings for her circle of friends. She lives in Raleigh with her three children and loves the beautiful North Carolina weather. She spends as much time as possible outdoors taking walks and gardening, and takes full advantage of our proximity to the coast – she is always ready to squeeze in a quick beach trip!
