Anna Paredes

Born in sunny southern California, Anna grew up in a military family which led her to live in many places. One day she took a leap of faith and made the big move from Florida to NC, where she fell in love with The Triangle and decided to permanently call it home.

With almost a decade of experience helping clients navigate the real estate market, Anna prides herself on her unique ability to make complex and often confusing information feel digestible. She is passionate about her relationships with her clients, making them feel heard and empowered through education, while working hard to make the process as smooth as possible every step of the way. 

When Anna is not with clients, she can be found with her husband, Edwin, her kids and lots of extended family in Clayton. Anna is also a Latin dance instructor and avid social dancer. Most of her free time is spent either at home roping her husband into various home projects or getting outside and exploring one of the many new experiences the Triangle has to offer. Anna and family absolutely love living here!
