I bring a distinctive combination of real estate experience, legal knowledge, investor insight, and entrepreneurial leadership to every client I serve. With more than 20 years in real estate and a background in real estate law, I understand that buying, selling, and investing in property requires more than enthusiasm — it requires strategy, attention to detail, strong negotiation, and a clear understanding of contracts, timelines, and risk.

I enjoy most is working with first time homeowners and investors. I help clients look beyond the surface of a property to evaluate opportunity, understand potential repairs, consider resale and rental value, and make informed decisions that support long-term financial growth. My legal and real estate background gives me a strong foundation in contracts, documentation, due diligence, and client advocacy, while allowing me to guide clients through each step of the transaction with confidence and professionalism.

I am originally from Long Island, New York, and came to North Carolina by way of the military. I have proudly called the Triangle home for the past 17 years. I earned my degree from New York Institute of Technology and also completed paralegal studies, which became a valuable foundation throughout my career.

In addition to real estate, I have experience in legal, business, education, and entrepreneurial fields. I owned and operated Invictus Performing Artz, a dance studio, for nine years. As a business owner, I learned the importance of leadership, customer service, discipline, marketing, community building, and creating a meaningful experience for the families I served.

Outside of work, family is a major part of my life. I have been married to Neville Stephenson for 17 years, and I am the proud mother of three daughters. Lauryn is pursuing medicine, Gabriella is studying psychology, and Isis is working toward a future career in law enforcement as a police detective. They are a tremendous source of motivation and are part of the reason I understand how important stability, legacy, and smart financial decisions are for families.

I am also a creative at heart. I enjoy dance, working with plants and succulents, and entrepreneurship. I own Soul Glow and Grow, a side business where I create and sell succulent arrangements. Whether I am working with homes, plants, families, or businesses, I enjoy helping things grow.

What sets me apart in real estate is that I do not approach clients with a one-size-fits-all mindset. I bring legal understanding, market knowledge, investor thinking, creativity, and real-life experience to the table. I understand that real estate can be a path to stability, freedom, and wealth when handled with the right strategy.
