About
As someone who has moved frequently throughout his life, Eric understands firsthand how challenging—and important—it is to find the right place to call home. Originally from Wisconsin, Eric spent 20 years serving in the U.S. Army Chaplain Corps, with assignments across California, Texas, Afghanistan, South Carolina, and North Carolina. Now retired, he and his family settled in Holly Springs, a place they’re proud to call home.
Eric earned a Masters in Real Estate and owned and operated a real estate firm for several years, helping clients successfully navigate buying and selling homes across North Carolina and connecting clients with agents across the country. Eric is known for his calm, service-first approach and his ability to guide clients through big decisions with clarity and confidence. His clients value his integrity, attention to detail, and ability to advocate for their best interests every step of the way.
Eric is a proud father of four—Ryker, Eli, Sophia, and Hunter—and enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and connecting with friends. Outside of work, you’ll likely find him enjoying the outdoors, playing sports, homesteading, or occasionally treasure hunting.
