Born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina, Jermaine White brings the spirit of Southern hospitality and hard-earned determination to every real estate transaction. After proudly serving in the U.S. Army’s 82nd Airborne Division—“All the Way, Huah!”—Jermaine transitioned to a successful career as an Executive Chef, leading culinary teams at renowned hotels like the Sheraton and Marriott in North Charleston.
Jermaine leads with excellence that is rooted from his experience as a manager at Fred Anderson Kia in Raleigh, where he applies his passion for service, mentorship, and client success daily. His dedication to helping people navigate big decisions naturally extends into his real estate career, where he has been honored to help his clients. Jermaine’s clients benefit from his military discipline, professional leadership, and people-first approach.
Outside of work, Jermaine is a certified chef, avid reader of self-help, religious, and sales books, enjoys trail hiking, and practices martial arts. He actively supports charitable causes including Shriners Hospitals, homeless veterans, and the Homes for Heroes program.
A graduate of St. Andrew’s High School (Go Rocks!) and Clemson University (Go Tigers!), Jermaine is guided by a powerful principle passed down from his grandfather:
