Joselyne Macias

Transitioning from a demanding healthcare career, Joselyne brings with her a unique skill set shaped by high-pressure environments, critical decision-making, and constant advocacy. From collaborating with physicians to standing up for her patients, she learned how to navigate complex personalities and situations with confidence and care. Today, she applies that same strong sense of advocacy, analytical mindset, and critical thinking to real estate—skills that allow her to negotiate strategically and always prioritize her clients’ best interests.

Joselyne has a deep love for nature and now owns land just outside the Triangle, where she lives with her husband and their dog, Milo. Outside of real estate, she enjoys Latin dancing, cooking (even if she’s not Michelin-star level), taking mini trips to Western North Carolina, and spending time with the Lord and her family. Beyond becoming a top-producing agent, Joselyne’s long-term goal is to be deeply involved in her community, with a focus on rehabilitation efforts for those who do not have a place to call home—one of the many reasons her face lights up when a client finds the one.
