Kathryn Nussman is a top-producing agent in the Triangle and was named Relevate Real Estate’s 2024 Breakout Agent of the Year. A Chapel Hill native and NC State University alumna, Kathryn served as captain of the Women’s Swim team at NCSU before earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from UNC-Chapel Hill. Prior to her career in real estate, she spent over a decade as a physical therapist. The communication and motivational skills she honed in healthcare now allow her to effectively guide clients toward achieving their real estate goals with integrity and compassion.

Kathryn takes a team-oriented approach to ensure her clients feel supported while navigating the complexities of buying or selling a home.

Kathryn loves spending time with her husband and three boys. They love to play sports, explore outside, serve their community, and have fun with friends and family!
