Kyle Parker

Born and raised in the small town of Germanton, North Carolina, just north of Winston-Salem, Kyle Parker’s roots are grounded in Southern values of hard work, integrity, and community. After graduating high school, Kyle answered the call to serve and joined the United States Marine Corps in 2007. Following two years in California, he was stationed at Camp Lejeune, where he deployed to Afghanistan with Marine Special Operations Command (MARSOC).

After completing his active-duty service, Kyle moved to Cary, NC in 2011 to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice while working in armed security for the North Carolina National Guard. In 2013, he married his wife, and together they built their first new construction home in Youngsville.

Kyle’s passion for real estate began soon after, and in 2017, around the time his daughter was born, he officially launched his real estate career. His firsthand experience with new construction and relocation helped him connect with clients navigating similar milestones. In 2020, Kyle and his family settled in Wake Forest, where they now call home, and welcomed their son in 2021.

Today, Kyle combines his discipline from the Marine Corps, his protective nature from his security background, and his dedication to helping others into a successful real estate career. Whether guiding first-time buyers, assisting families in transition, or advising on investment opportunities, Kyle approaches each client relationship with professionalism, transparency, and care.

Outside of real estate, Kyle enjoys Jiu-Jitsu, tackling home improvement projects, and spending time with his kids, often shuttling between dance and martial arts classes.
