Luis Bello

Luis is a native of the City of Valencia, Venezuela and has been living in the Cary/Apex area since 2017 with his wife Patricia Garbi and their two kids Valeria and Luis Jr.

Luis is bilingual in Spanish and English and has a legal background. He graduated from Law School at the Universidad Catolica Andres Bello in Caracas, Venezuela in 2001. Luis has an extensive experience in various legal areas including real estate law in Venezuela where he practiced law as an attorney for more than 16 years as a partner at his family’s law firm of Carvallo, Bello and Associates which was founded in 1937. Also, he used to assist his wife Patricia, who was a real estate agent in Venezuela from 2013 to 2016, in all the legal matters of the transactions she was involved in.

Luis has also corporate experience and from 2015 until 2016 he was appointed as an Alternate Director of the Board of Directors of Editorial Notitarde, a major newspaper located in Valencia, Venezuela. From 2016 until 2017, Luis served as General Manager in a professional beauty products company in Panama.   

In North Carolina, Luis continued his journey in the real estate area and attained his Paralegal Certificate from the University of North Carolina in 2018 and joined the real estate law firm TriCity Lawyers and has been working along with the attorneys G. Kevin Stewman and Jon T. Booker as a real estate paralegal since October 2018. Luis has been involved in more than 1,000 closings (both residential and commercial) and has been assisting the attorneys and their clients in all the stages of the closing and post-closing process even serving as a translator in closings with Spanish speaking clients.  

He is also a North Carolina Certified Paralegal since 2019.

During his time off, Luis enjoys spending time with his family and participating in outdoor activities. They are a tennis family and love to train with his kids and wife and he also enjoys all racquet sports.
