Michelle combines a background in sales, branding, and business strategy with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a minor in Management to help clients find the right home, sell with confidence, and invest with purpose. Before transitioning into real estate, she worked as a special events coordinator, where she developed strong organizational skills and the ability to manage high-pressure timelines. She later ran the sales team for an international medical device company, refining her experience in product positioning, vendor negotiations, and strategy, skills used to ultimately begin her real estate career in South Florida. She now applies this background directly to pricing, marketing,
and negotiating on behalf of her clients.
After relocating to North Carolina and falling in love with the area, she and her husband chose to continue to grow their roots here following his retirement as an Army veteran Black Hawk pilot, an experience that gives Michelle a personal understanding of relocation and what it means to find the right place to call home. Having built strong connections in both North Carolina and South Florida, Michelle offers her clients a unique advantage, whether they are relocating, investing, or buying their next home.
As a bilingual Realtor fluent in English and Spanish, Michelle focuses on clear communication and a straightforward process, ensuring her clients feel informed and comfortable every step of the way. Her attention to detail and eye for design help sellers present their homes at their highest potential, while helping buyers envision what each space has to offer. When she’s not working with clients, Michelle enjoys live music, staying active through pickleball and volleyball (having played on a full scholarship in college, she still enjoys the friendly competition) and being guilty of ordering every appetizer at a new restaurant. She especially enjoys relaxing in her backyard and spending time with her husband, Ben, and their dog, Gordy.
