Monty McLamb

I’ve been active in the building and real estate industries for more than 30 years, with a career that spans commercial design and construction, residential building, real estate sales and real estate investment. I’ve been a licensed real estate broker since 1992 and a licensed general contractor since 1997. Each gives me a unique, practical ground-up perspective on homes and properties: how they are built, how they are maintained and how they perform as long-term investments.

As a real estate investor for the last 15 years, I’ve learned to better understand the financial aspects of buying, selling, and holding property. Whether I’m working with first-time homeowners, seasoned buyers and sellers, or investors, my goal is always the same: provide clear guidance, protect my clients’ interests, and help them make confident, well-informed decisions.

Service has always been important to me. In 2010, I founded a nonprofit baseball league for children with special needs, and I strive to bring that same servant led approach to my real estate business. I’ve been married to my wife Kim since 1992. We’ve been together since we were 14 years old. We are proud parents of two adult sons, Mitch and Cliff. Outside of real estate, you’ll usually find me on a golf course or enjoying just about anything at the beach.
