Taite Pauley

Originally from West Virginia and Northern Virginia, Taite understands what it means to relocate, build community, and create a sense of home. She spent more than a decade in Orange County, California, before settling in the Triangle.

Taite has held her California real estate license since 2010 and brings a background in business leadership, marketing, client service, and negotiations. Having personally bought and sold four homes across the country, she understands the many decisions and emotions involved in every move. Her experience managing complex projects and guiding clients gives her a unique advantage in today’s market.

Throughout her career, Taite has been recognized for leadership and community involvement. She was named Volunteer of the Year by the Irvine Chamber of Commerce, selected for OC Metro Magazine 40 Under 40, and served on a small business advisory council with Facebook.

Taite believes real estate is about more than transactions. It is about helping people move forward with clarity, confidence, and the right support through every stage of life. Known for being organized, responsive, and thoughtful, she works to make each transaction smooth and successful.

Taite lives in Cary with her family and enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time outdoors. She is passionate about helping clients move forward with confidence and find the right place to call home.
