About
A search for warmer weather led her to Denver, North Carolina, where she resided from 1994 to 2006. During this time, her two children, Rebecca and Brenden, were born in Charlotte. In January 2006, she married Charles and moved to Camp Lejeune, NC. After becoming a Gold Star Marine Corps widow in 2007, when Cpl. Palmer II was killed in Iraq, she remained on the East Coast. Tanya now gets to experience the joy of being a grandmother when she is not helping clients or enjoying all the Triangle has to offer.
With a philosophy rooted in personalized service and clear communication, Tanya is dedicated to helping clients navigate the complexities of buying or selling a home to meet their goals. The process always begins with a one-on-one consultation, ensuring every client’s unique needs are fully understood from the start.
Bringing over a decade of energy-field management experience, Tanya offers her clients clear communication and keen attention to detail. Pulling from her past client’s experiences, as well as her own, Tanya offers a commitment to three core principles: attentive listening, expert negotiation, and consistent communication. This dedication is designed to make the real estate journey feel as seamless and effortless as possible for every client.
