Laura and her team had our best interest at heart. Team is the key word here. The network of professionals assembled for this transaction was amazing. During the negotiations, I felt like Laura understood the details and nuances that helped us get the best possible price and outcome. She also answered lots of questions throughout the process and kept us up to speed on next steps.
Steve (attorney) was amazing, and the work he and Laura did on a concern we had went above and beyond. Jan was super helpful during the engineering visit, and I just felt like the team gave us their best at all times. I know, looking back, we’ll think of the great experience we had with Laura and her team as our first fond memory in our new home. (Laura even let us borrow the sold sign to take more pictures because the whole family was not around on the final walk thru when pictures were taken.)
