The whole process was really clear and understandable with Katelin. She’s an honest and genuine realtor; it’s obvious that she wants to make her clients happy and isn’t just trying to “make a sale”. We loved her weekly check-in phone calls and consistency. She was always happy to answer our questions (even when we asked more than once!) and we felt comfortable to connect with her whenever we needed. She’s both incredibly optimistic and realistic. We loved that all of her conclusions were always supported by data that she openly shared with us. We felt really understood and it took her almost no time to help us find the perfect house! She negotiated hard and got us a lot more than we ever expected. Katelin is an awesome resource for all things real estate (lenders, contractors etc.) and all things Raleigh. She had so many great suggestions about places we’d love to go, and even introduced us to some of our neighbors! Especially as a couple that just moved to the area from across the country, everything she did is so appreciated!
