We can’t say enough good things about working with Jed and Gary. Jed’s negotiating skills are phenomenal and he really puts his client’s interests first. Jed took the time to walk the property with us, addressed issues with the seller we would have never thought to ask about and helped us each step of the way. Gary, was very accommodating and visited the property quite often. He coordinated with all of our vendors and took a great deal off pressure off of us, his calm demeanor kept us at ease and we never felt pressed for time.
