We couldn’t be more happy to call our new home our own!  

Ashley was referred to us by our best friends 6 years ago when we bought our first home.  We immediately called her back when it was time to move into a bigger home.  We started looking and quickly found a home we thought could be our “forever home.”  We were in multiple offers and took Ashley’s advice to make our offer competitive to give ourself the best chance of getting it.  Within a few hours we got the call that the seller had chosen US, even over a higher offer because we had offered a higher due diligence fee. We couldn’t be more happy to call our new home our own!
