Laura provided a thorough overview of the entire buying process. We felt well educated and supported throughout. She actually collaborated with us and we were very impressed with her extensive knowledge. Overall- Laura & her team [Heather Yost] surpassed expectations. The virtual support in helping us purchase while not being local was incredible. We were so impressed that Laura came out to the home/homesite whenever we asked. Having a local partner really kept us (being 4 hours away) at ease!
