We had a great experience working with Adrienne and Mitchell because of their attentiveness. Whenever we had a question or request, they were always there to respond and offer advice or reassurances. In a stressful process we knew they had our backs and would be able to guide us soundly in times requiring speedy decision making. Last but not least Adrienne negotiated a great credit for repairs which got us more than we expected!
