What more could I ask for?

I enjoy working with Ricci for the following reasons –  Ricci steps in as not just an agent but as the project manager. From start to finish Ricci is on top of every step of the process and thinking ahead to set proper expectations along the way.  She always maintains a contagious smile and a smooth demeanor which helps everyone involved in the transaction feel at ease.
