There is nothing that we would have done differently! We were very nervous buying our first home in a new state but it turned out to be a VERY smooth process and Chuck and his team went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Chuck is incredibly thorough and we felt like we were in good hands the whole time. He is respectful, down to earth and easy to talk with. Our relationship was casual but professional and it worked perfectly for us. When issues did arise, Chuck and team did a great job helping us through it. We were pleasantly surprised with the clear communication and accessibility we had to them.
Our advice to anybody thinking about buying a new home this year is to use a great realtor like Chuck, someone who is willing to go the extra mile to help out some new homebuyers. Especially if you’re looking at buying new construction. We think it would be extremely helpful to have Chuck and his team help you navigate working with those that may not have your best interests in mind. We couldn’t have asked for a better Realtor!
