Before buying our home, we honestly weren’t sure how necessary having a real estate agent would be, especially with new construction. Looking back, we are absolutely over the moon that we had Bianca representing us. She wasn’t simply there to unlock doors, fill out paperwork, and get us to closing. She genuinely cared about us and the home we were buying, and by the end of the process, she felt like a friend who just happened to also be an incredible real estate agent.
