Matt Minor is one of the most integrous and hard working people I have ever met. He was vigilant in helping me and my fiancé find a home in a neighborhood that suited our hopes and needs, and he was extremely effective and helpful in helping to navigate all of the nuance and complexity of buying our first home. Matt did not simply show us homes, he helped us to understand how to identify good purchases by taking extra effort to show us the less obvious features of the purchase like water runoff and drainage, foundation, leaks, and whatever else might be off your radar when you are blindly in love with a potential home! We ended up in our favorite neighborhood and with a home that we love and at a price that we can comfortably afford. Our entire lives are better due to the care he took in his job!
