I will definitely refer my friends and family to Scott and his team! Scott is the right person to have in your corner when it comes to buying or selling a home.
He has the experience to make accurate recommendations, predictions, and decisions throughout the buying process. He and his team also have the tenacity to find the answers and put pressure when needed; this helps greatly with challenging loan officers and confusing practices by the lender.
I choose a lender (outside of Scott’s recommendations) which led to stress, but I can certainly say that Scott’s diligence really helped. Scott navigated the issues with this lender with professionalism and made sure we closed on time and I was satisfied. I know now I should have gone with another lender that was more transparent and upfront, one that Scott had recommended! Do yourself a favor and listen to the voices of experience rather than relying exclusively on gut feeling.
