Ashley has sold over 600 million in real estate over the past decade. She has won the Gold Level Award for sales volume selling almost $35 million in 2021. She won the Gold Level Award and Best in Firm for homes sold with 101 homes in 2016. She has won the Gold Level Award the past few years for Days on Market. She also won the Team Collaboration Award! The Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors presented her with the “Top Producers Council” award for extraordinary sales performance for the past 10 years. She was born and raised in Alliance, Ohio. She received a bachelors of science from the College of Charleston, in South Carolina. She moved to the Triangle in 2008 and received her real estate license in 2010. That same year she married her husband Jed Gronewald. They work together as real estate agents at Relevate. They attend the Summit Church in Raleigh and serve in the marriage ministry together. They live in North Raleigh with their four children.
